- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It does not matter what medication I have to get filled. There is ALWAYS an issue. There has never been a time I have come and gotten a prescription that was actually ready when said it is ready. I am told every time to come back in an hour or 2 hours and when I come back, it is never filled and I am always waiting there another 20-30 min waiting again.. even if I have received the text that my prescription is ready for pick up. It never is!!! I understand that it gets busy so there are times you have to wait and come back but if you say it will be ready, then it needs to be ready!! I come to Kroger because it is usually cheaper than the other pharmacies, but I am so sick of kroger not having it together. So I from now on will pay the extra $20-$30 to know I can be in and out when I am told.August 31, 2017by Brittany Godwin
