  I went to the doctor ill on Oct 2, 2017 (been a patient there for 3 years) and was given a prescription that my insurance needed a pre-auth to fill......after many calls in to the office, speaking with several people in the office and leaving many voicemails being promised they would return my call....here I am a week later, still no prescription even though the doctor suggested at the time of visit I could try another prescription..... I have no pre-auth nor do I have a replacement prescription today Oct. 9, 2017 and still waiting for someone to call me back. They have my co-pay and I have nothing. Very poor patient care.

  I swear to the gods, if I could give them no stars, I would. This place is a joke. Whether you make an appointment or not, your time is of no value to the staff here. I have made appointments and waited upwards of 3 hours AFTER my appointment time to be seen and I am ALWAYS early for my appointments. Even today, there was one patient here before me, and my appointment time was set for 930am and I have still not been seen (it's 11am now). If you have time to waste, come to this doctor's office. To them, it doesn't matter if you get seen or not. They get their money regardless. I do not recommend this office to anyone and even go out of my way to tell people NOT to come here. DO NOT come here and waste time. Go elsewhere and find a better doctor's office that actually cares for their patients. You could die of old age here even if you come in at the young age of 25....
