- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been seeing Dr. Delp since I was in my late teens, and never have had a problem with him, the problem is his front office staff. Was told to arrive early for my 10 am appt to update paper work, so I arrived @ 9:37, they did not call me to update my information until 10, my appt time. I was taken back to the room around 10:15, and at 11, I still had not been seen by the doctor. I can understand a little bit of a wait, however if the front office had not taken their sweet time in updating my records, and everyone else that was waiting there would not have been such a back up for the doctor. So in the end I did not see the doctor after wating for over 90 mins. I left.( they could have at least let us know the doctor was running behind instead of just leaving us in the rooms wondering if we had been forgotten) Their staff is rude and seem not to like their jobs much. For someone who is unemployed and qualified to do their jobs, I would be happy to show them a thing or two about patient care!August 30, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Willaim Delp was highly recommended to us by a friend who is also a patient at his practice. The staff in the office are very kind and professional. I cannot say as much for Dr. Delp. The first time my husbnad saw him was from some neurological symptoms with his face. The problem was most prominent around his eye. Before Dr. Delp walked into the exam room, my husband heard him say, "I do not know why this person is here wasting my time, he needs to see an opthomologist." Of course after seeing my husband he changed his tune because is was a neurological problem that needed to be referred out to a specialist. A few weeks later my husband came in with symptoms of a sinus infection. Again Dr. Delp made a bitter comment before entering the exam room. He said, "People who come in complaining of sinus pain usually just want drugs (narcotics I presume)." He told my husband after examing him that he really did not know what was wrong with him and gave him a prescription for antibiotics without a clear diagnosis. Needless to say, we will not be back in this office. If he is so bitter about seeing patients he needs to either keep his comments to himself or better yet RETIRE!!!June 11, 2017by A Google User
